Split
placements occur on EliteSplits.Com when our member Recruiters partner
with other Recruiters to make a placement, as a result of the successful
placement the fee is split between the two recruiters.
Non-split placements
occur in a variety of ways on the site. EliteSplits helps to facilitate
non-split placements by allowing our member Recruiters to partner directly
with Employers to fill their open positions. Employers and Recruiters/Agencies
can also receive applications directly from Job Seekers.
As
an added benefit, EliteSplits does not charge a percentage of any successful
placements made on our site.
